Your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are perishable and made fresh to order, our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and our florists.

✅ Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer one of the following:

• A replacement arrangement delivered at no cost
• Store credit for a future order
• A partial or full refund depending on the situation

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

• Orders cancelled less than 4 hours before delivery
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Recipient not available at delivery address after two attempts

🔄 Order Cancellations

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Same-day order cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
