🌸 Floral Design & Substitution Policy
At Margarita's Flowers, every arrangement is handcrafted fresh by our expert florists on the day of delivery. Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, please be aware of the following:
- Design Variations: The arrangement you receive will closely reflect the style, color palette, and spirit of the product shown. However, exact flower varieties, vase styles, and accent greenery may vary based on seasonal availability.
- Substitutions: When a specific flower is unavailable due to season or supply, our florists will substitute with a bloom of equal or greater value that maintains the same color palette and aesthetic. We never substitute down.
- Vase & Container: The vase or container shown is representative of the style. The exact vase may vary based on availability. All containers are of equal or greater value.
- Color Variations: Flower colors may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration and natural variation in blooms. We always aim to match the displayed palette as closely as possible.
📋 Recipient & Delivery Information
To ensure successful delivery, please provide the following in your order notes at checkout:
- Recipient's Full Name
- Complete Delivery Address (street, city, ZIP code)
- Recipient's Phone Number (for delivery coordination)
- Special Instructions (gate code, apartment number, leave at door, etc.)
Important: Orders with incomplete or incorrect delivery information may experience delays. Margarita's Flowers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or access information provided by the customer.
🚀 Delivery Policy
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday–Saturday. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered the following business day.
- Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times within this window due to route optimization and traffic.
- Service Area: We deliver throughout Miami-Dade County and Broward County. Orders outside our service area will be cancelled and refunded.
- Re-delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient unavailability or incorrect information, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- No Signature Required: Unless requested, our drivers will leave arrangements at the door. We are not responsible for arrangements left unattended in extreme weather conditions.
💳 Payment Policy
- All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
- All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
- Your payment is processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
🔄 Cancellation Policy
- Same-Day Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made within 4 hours of delivery may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee as the arrangement may already be in production.
- Future Orders: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

↩️ Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Because flowers are perishable and made to order, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis:
- Damaged on Arrival: If your arrangement arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong Order: If you received the wrong arrangement, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-deliver the correct order at no charge.
- Recipient Not Home: If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability after two attempts, the order is considered fulfilled. No refund will be issued.
- Quality Guarantee: Our flowers are guaranteed to stay fresh for a minimum of 5–7 days when properly cared for. If blooms fail prematurely (within 3 days of delivery under normal conditions), contact us for a store credit or replacement.
🔒 Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order (name, address, email, phone number). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. All payment data is processed securely by Shopify and we never store credit card information.
